Terms & conditions

The terms governing purchases, digital products, commissions, licensing, and use of the 10NECTAR website. Last updated August 29, 2026.

01

Seller & agreement

The seller is 10NECTAR DIGITAL ARTHOUSE, referred to in these terms as “10NECTAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By using this website, placing an order, purchasing a digital asset, or starting a commission, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or submit a commission. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your location, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase for you.

02

Global purchases

10NECTAR may sell digital assets to customers in multiple countries. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information and for any taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges, or other amounts imposed by your payment provider or local authorities unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Availability may be limited where a transaction, delivery, license, or service would violate applicable law or a platform requirement.

03

Products, pricing & orders

Product descriptions, formats, included files, prices, and availability are shown on the applicable page at the time of purchase. Reasonable efforts are made to present artwork and colors accurately, but display settings may cause variation.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and 10NECTAR can fulfill it. 10NECTAR may reject, limit, or cancel an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, rights conflict, technical failure, or unavailable product. If a paid order is cancelled by 10NECTAR before fulfillment, the affected payment will be refunded.

04

Payments

Stripe Checkout processes payment and complete card details. You authorize Stripe to charge the amount displayed, including any applicable tax. 10NECTAR does not receive or store complete card numbers or security codes and does not request payment-card details by email.

For commissions, the listed starting payment is a 50% deposit. Stripe saves the payment method for the commission, and 10NECTAR requests the remaining approved balance through Stripe only after the verified approval process described on the commission page.

05

Digital delivery

Private download links for digital collector editions, printable posters, wallpapers, and bundles—and gift-card details—are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for using a valid address and checking spam or promotions folders.

Digital purchases are final after delivery except when a file is defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or a refund is required by applicable law. Contact support@10nectar.com for delivery problems.

06

Gift cards

A paid gift-card order creates a cryptographically random code delivered by email. Current redemption is handled by choosing an available artwork or Commission and emailing support@10nectar.com with the selection and code; the studio verifies the code before applying its value.

Expiration, transferability, partial-balance use, lost-code treatment, cash redemption, and refunds are not promised unless a written term is shown before purchase or required by law. Contact support@10nectar.com before purchase if one of these conditions matters to you.

07

Commissions

Commission scope is determined by the selected tier, written brief, chosen add-ons, and any written clarification accepted by 10NECTAR. One revision is included unless the order states otherwise. Additional scope, characters, revisions, backgrounds, or commercial use may require an additional fee.

The rough concept is normally delivered within 2–3 calendar days after the deposit and usable project information are received. After verified approval and successful balance payment, the final artwork is normally delivered within 24 hours. A requested revision is normally returned within 24–48 hours.

If no approval or revision request is received within 48 hours after the concept is sent, the commission may be closed and the deposit retained for time already reserved and performed. One no-charge extension may be requested by email, with resumption at the artist’s availability.

08

Cancellations & refunds

Commission deposits reserve creative time and are non-refundable after work begins, except where 10NECTAR cancels or applicable law requires otherwise. Digital-delivery, physical-order, damage, and refund rules are explained in the Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

A checkout interruption does not create an order unless payment is confirmed. Contact support@10nectar.com before attempting duplicate payment if confirmation is unclear.

09

Intellectual property & personal-use license

10NECTAR and its licensors retain ownership of the artwork, website, branding, characters, layouts, text, and other protected material except where a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

A completed purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered asset for private, non-commercial purposes. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, mint, train artificial-intelligence systems on, remove ownership marks from, claim authorship of, or use the asset in merchandise, advertising, branding, campaigns, or other commercial activity without written permission or a purchased commercial license.

A purchased Commercial license add-on applies only to the usage scope confirmed in writing with TZVI. It does not transfer copyright or permit use outside that written scope.

Reference materials supplied for a commission must be materials you own or have permission to use. You remain responsible for the rights and accuracy of what you submit.

10

Website use

You may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout or commission links, upload malicious material, scrape protected artwork at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Third-party services such as Stripe, Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, email providers, and delivery platforms operate under their own terms and policies.

11

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and creative services are provided without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10NECTAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or a purchase. For a claim tied to a particular order, any recoverable liability is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires a different result.

12

Governing law & international consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Claims may be brought in a North Carolina state or federal court that has jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer outside North Carolina, this choice of law and forum does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or right that applies to you and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

13

Changes, severability & contact

10NECTAR may update these terms for future use or purchases. The version shown when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Questions about these terms or an order may be sent to support@10nectar.com. Customer-service messages receive a response within 2–3 business days.
