Clear expectations for current digital releases, any separately offered future physical release, and custom work. Last updated September 7, 2026.
The current public Print Editions and posters are digital downloads; they are not shipped physical prints. If a future product page specifically offers a physical release, its shipping, damage, cancellation, return, and refund terms will be shown before payment. Do not assume digital poster listings include a mailed item.
Digital purchases are final once the download or final file has been delivered, except where the file is defective, inaccessible, or a refund is required by applicable law.
If an approved refund applies to a purchase paid entirely with a 10NECTAR gift card, the approved refundable amount is restored to that gift-card balance unless applicable law requires another treatment. No value beyond the amount actually paid and approved for refund is created.
An unpaid intake may be cancelled without financial penalty. After deposit but before substantive creative work begins, a requested cancellation and any deposit refund are reviewed by support; no invented cancellation fee applies. Commission deposits reserve creative time and are non-refundable after work begins. This applies once substantive work begins or Review material is provided, subject to applicable law and failure by 10NECTAR to perform.
Cancellation before final approval stops further work, does not authorize final delivery, and does not automatically charge the remaining 50%. Explicit final approval makes the remaining balance due. After approval, successful balance payment, and final delivery, custom digital work is generally non-refundable except where required by law, charged in error or duplicate, materially undelivered, or otherwise covered by a documented exception.
If an order cannot ship within the confirmed timing, 10NECTAR will offer the choice to accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
