Clear expectations for current digital releases, any separately offered future physical release, and custom work. Last updated August 29, 2026.
The current public Print Editions and posters are digital downloads; they are not shipped physical prints. If a future product page specifically offers a physical release, its shipping, damage, cancellation, return, and refund terms will be shown before payment. Do not assume digital poster listings include a mailed item.
Digital purchases are final once the download or final file has been delivered, except where the file is defective, inaccessible, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Commission deposits reserve creative time and are non-refundable after work begins. If TZVI cancels before completing the agreed work, any payment for work not delivered will be refunded. Scope changes, extra revisions, and licensed usage are quoted separately.
If an order cannot ship within the confirmed timing, 10NECTAR will offer the choice to accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
